Location
Casa Caborado is located in the award-winning Copala at Quivira Community...just a short drive to downtown Cabo San Lucas while still offering privacy and security. The Los Cabos International Airport is less than 45 minutes away.

The Casa
This 3-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house was built in 2019 and features luxury furnishings, 4 outdoor living areas including a rooftop patio, hot tub, fully-stocked kitchen, air conditioning and state of the art technology. We were even featured on HGTV's "Mexico Life!"
Pools & Beaches
Enjoy your own, heated private pool at Casa Caborado. Or, the clubhouse pool is across the way. Visit any of the dozens of pools at the Pueblo Bonito resorts. Explore 2.5 miles of private beach just a short walk away (no swimming) and free shuttles to swimming and beach activities at their in-town resorts.

OUR AMENITIES
Satellite Television
The living room features a 65" UHD TV with Satellite and Internet Connection for Netflix or Amazon Prime. Each bedroom has a television as well.
Free Wifi
High speed wireless internet access is provided free-of-charge to all guests. We have wifi repeaters on each level to enhance signal.
Bedrooms
The master features a California King with premium mattress and bedding and walks out to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 also walks out to the pool deck and offers a Queen Bed. Bedroom 3 features a Queen/Queen Bunk Bed.
Necessities
We have provided all linens, towels, beach towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryers, iron, ironing board and a safe to protect your valuables.
Kitchen & Dining

Our kitchen is fully stocked including stove, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, spices, coffee maker, blender, and everything you need for in-home cooking. Or try the rooftop BBQ grill!
Laundry
The Casa features a full size washer and dryer available for guest use at any time.

The resort is breathtaking. The views of the mountains and ocean are gorgeous. The house is luxurious and feels brand new. The large kitchen is perfect for making food as well as having a sit down family meal.
The resort has so many pools that we visited a new one everyday. As well as the one in the back yard that you have access right from the bedrooms.
I will definitely be back to visit this beautiful Cabo home one day.

RATES & AVAILABILITY
The calendar below shows the dates that have already been reserved and what dates are open! We require a 50% deposit to reserve and full payment 30 days prior to reservation. Free cancellation up to 30 days prior and 50% refund for cancellations within 30 days (unless we can fill the time). All rates are in US $ and we happily accept credit cards of all types.

A few items to keep in mind when determining your total cost:
Mexican IVA Tax
Please add an additional 16% to each night's rate for taxes. This will be a separate line item on your bill and all funds are remitted as required by the government of Mexico.
Cleaning Fee
There will be a cleaning fee of $150 per rental. If you would like additional cleaning while you visit please just let us know.
Security Deposit
A refundable $500 security deposit is required for all rentals. It will be returned to you 7 days after check-out if there is no damage to the property.
